Featuring both and gin, this enticing duo results in a well-balanced cocktail with universal appeal.
- ½ oz. Grainge Single Malt Whisky
- 1½ oz. Park Lane Gin
- ½ oz. fresh ginger (pulped or juiced) or ginger beer
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- Garnish: lime slice and fresh lime zest
Build and shake in a Boston tin or cobbler shaker.
Fine strain over shaved ice in a 14 oz. Collins glass.
Garnish with a lime slice and fresh lime zest.
