Ingredients

  • 6kg sugar
  • 200 grm tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid
  • Pinch Epsom salts
  • 80 g bakers yeast – 6 Tablespoons
  • Add water at 30°C to make to 25 litres

Cleared with 2 tsp of gelatin in 200 ml of water. I don't bother to clear with gelatin but if you choose to you can.

Yield 200 ml for shots and 2.1 litres at 94%
